Terms of service

Welcome to Stalkr. These terms (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and JustShipIt Pte. Ltd., 10 PETAIN ROAD, #04-01 International Plaza, Singapore 068914 (“Stalkr”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Stalkr.

If you are using Stalkr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Stalkr is a brand mention monitoring tool that retrieves public posts from supported platforms (currently X, Reddit, and YouTube) matching keywords you choose, and presents them inside a unified feed. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may impose reasonable usage limits to keep the service stable and to comply with the policies of the platforms we connect to.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
• One person, one account. Do not create multiple accounts to bypass plan limits.
• You must give us accurate information and update it if it changes.

Stalkr is offered on a free trial and on paid monthly or yearly subscription plans. Plan limits, prices, and features are shown on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may, at our discretion, offer prorated refunds for serious service failures.
• Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the issue is resolved.
• If we materially raise prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use Stalkr for anything illegal, abusive, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Stalk, harass, dox, threaten, or surveil specific individuals (the name is a joke; the use case is not).
• Use Stalkr to scrape, mirror, or republish content from Reddit, X, or YouTube outside of normal product use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data, probe our infrastructure, or interfere with the service's availability or integrity.
• Use the service to train AI or machine learning models on data we retrieve from third-party platforms.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or data we retrieve through it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Stalkr connects to third-party platforms (Reddit, X, YouTube, Stripe, others). Your use of those platforms through Stalkr is also governed by each platform's own terms and policies. We retrieve content from these platforms in compliance with their developer agreements:

• Reddit Responsible Builder Policy and the Reddit Data API Terms.
• X Developer Agreement and Policy.
• YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party platforms or for any interruption or change to their APIs that affects what Stalkr can retrieve. If a third-party platform requires us to delete data we have retrieved, we will do so.

You retain all rights to the content you create inside Stalkr (projects, keywords, categories, notes, saved views). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

Mentions retrieved from Reddit, X, and YouTube remain owned by their original authors and the platforms they were posted on. We display them inside Stalkr under the rights granted by each platform's API terms and remove them when those terms require it.

Stalkr, the Stalkr name and logo, the dashboard interface, and all underlying software are owned by JustShipIt Pte. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your business or personal monitoring needs.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you. We will not publicly attribute feedback to you without your permission.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us, or if you stop paying for a paid plan. On termination, your access ends and we delete your data in line with our privacy policy.

Stalkr is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that we will retrieve every relevant mention or that a mention will be retrieved within a given time, because we depend on third-party platform availability and rate limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stalkr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Stalkr and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
